Our 3PE is a natural enzyme mixture, the main enzymes hereof being endopeptidases. These peptidases hydrolytically cleave proteins. 3PE is obtained from pig pancreas so the mechanisms are similar to those of the natural digestion in the duodenum. The taste impairments associated with the hydrolysis of proteins can be reduced with 3PE.
